MINI NINJA WARRIORS
Pulse’s most popular class, Mini Ninja Warriors, is a crazy fun fitness-based class designed to challenge and empower our youngest warriors. We teach kids the most foundational movement patterns including running, jumping, pushing, pulling, squatting and more.
Mini Ninja Warriors is filled with obstacle courses, workout challenges, fitness skill work, partner games, relay races and more. This class is designed to build a strong foundation of athletic skills by helping to develop coordination, agility, speed and strength.
Athletic Performance Session Dates:
Fall Session 1: August 25th-October 24th (9 classes)
Fall Session Session 2: October 28th-December 20th (6 classes). No class Halloween or Thanksgiving.
Gymnastics: Skills, Mobility + Conditioning
This small group class will focus on improving gymnastics skill work such as bridges, cartwheels, handstands, back walkovers, round offs and progressions depending on the athletes experience levels. We will also be working on mobility & flexibility to improve the athlete's ability to get into each necessary body position. Conditioning drills will be incorporated to improve core strength/endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
Geared towards 1st-5th graders of all experience levels.

Elevate Your Game with Pulse's New Athletic Performance Class!
Our program combines the essential foundations of CORE, Strength, Mobility and, Conditioning training to help kids become stronger, more agile, and better movers overall. In this exciting class, athletes will learn the proper mechanics of running, jumping, pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, and bracing. Through engaging body weight exercises and skill drills, they’ll build a solid foundation for athletic success. We focus on developing CORE strength and flexibility by incorporating mobility work to enhance their range of motion and prevent injuries.

Fall Session 1: August 25th-October 24th (9 weeks)
Fall Session Session 2: October 28th-December 20th (8 weeks)
Day off Camps
Mini Ninja Warrior Camps and Girl Power Camps are offered on most days off of school. These camps are an extended version of our Mini Ninja Warrior classes. Kids can expect lots of obstacle courses, relay races, fitness challenges, team games, partner drills and more.
Other camps are available upon request for days off of school. Most camps are Mini Ninja Warrior themed for boys, girls, or both and last between 1 and 3 hours.
